Job summary

Solo Housing in Cromer is seeking an experienced Housing & Support Delivery Officer to manage a varied caseload and deliver tenancy sustainment and person-led support. You will work with customers, helping them stay in accommodation and progress toward independence while maintaining safe homes and services.

The role focuses on delivering support plans, sign-ups and tenancy visits, resolving rent issues and promoting access to local services within a social housing context.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering housing management services within social housing.
• Experience supporting people with complex needs and housing-related support.
• Ability to balance empathy with effective tenancy management and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful support planning and regular keywork sessions with customers.
• Support customers to maintain their tenancy and make positive changes in their lives.
• Help customers access relevant services and become more involved in their local community.
• Carry out sign-ups, settling-in visits and routine tenancy visits.
• Manage tenancy-related issues, including rent arrears and service charges.
• Address anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches; undertake legal casework when required.
