You will manage a caseload of around 20–25 residents, help them move into suitable homes, signpost to services, and build positive relationships with partnerships. The role involves on-site and community work, with a rota including evenings and weekends.

We're looking for someone with experience in supported housing, housing, homelessness, care or a similar support role.
You'll need to be comfortable working with adults with a range of complex needs, managing a caseload and providing practical support to help people move forward.
The role involves working both on-site and within the community, so a driving licence is likely to be required.
You’ll also need to be able to work the required rota, including evenings and weekends.
An appropriate DBS check will be required, and being registered on the DBS Update Service would be necessary.
