The Bridge Project is launching a new housing support service in Bradford in partnership with Waythrough. The Housing Support Coordinator will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred housing support to clients district-wide, helping maintain tenancies and access services.

You will work with a dedicated multi-agency team to tailor support plans, manage a diverse caseload, and promote independence and wellbeing. Join a pioneering service shaping futures across Bradford.

• Experience supporting individuals with housing-related needs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver person-centred trauma-informed housing-related support to clients across the district.
• Provide practical assistance, advocacy, and tailored support to help people maintain accommodation and access services.
• Work with partner agencies to ensure support plans are outcome-focused and responsive to needs.
• Collaborate with the Waythrough and The Bridge Project teams to shape and deliver the service.
