The Bridge Project delivers the Bradford Temporary Accommodation Service, supporting women who have experienced homelessness. As a Housing Support Coordinator, you will empower residents to achieve stability, independence, and positive outcomes through person-centred housing and tailored support.

Based across Bradford and Keighley, roles involve flexible shifts, safeguarding, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Flexible, trauma-informed approach to support delivery
• Willingness to work a rolling rota with early shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred housing and support to women living in temporary accommodation
• Help service users address housing issues and barriers to independence
• Coordinate safeguarding interventions and access to services
• Build collaborative relationships with partners to promote wellbeing and outcomes
• Balance housing management duties with high-quality support delivery across Bradford and Keighley
