Qualifications

• Experience in support, customer-facing or community roles (care, housing, education, outreach).
• Ability to support people with complex needs with empathy and professional boundaries.
• Experience helping vulnerable people and understanding homelessness, mental health or financial hardship.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients to access benefits, health, education, employment and banking services.
• Help clients build confidence, independence and community links.
• Complete sign-ups, maintain accurate records and support document handling.
