Job summary

The Bridge Project is seeking a Housing Support Coordinator to empower women facing homelessness across Bradford and Keighley. You will deliver person-centred housing support, address housing barriers, and work with partners to secure stability and independence for residents.

The role requires flexibility to cover a rolling rota, including evenings and weekends. A driving licence with access to a vehicle and DBS clearance are essential components of the post.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred support to women experiencing homelessness.
• Ability to assess housing needs and facilitate access to services.
• Flexible, compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
• Willingness to work across a rolling rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Must hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred housing support to residents in temporary accommodation across Bradford and Keighley.
• Help residents address housing issues and barriers to independence.
• Deliver safeguarding interventions and housing management assistance.
• Collaborate with partners and advocate for service users.
