Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Bury is seeking a Service Coordinator to support individuals with complex needs in achieving independent living. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a 24-hour rota including occasional weekend shifts, and requires a compassionate, child-adult safeguarding-aware approach.

The salary is £26,890.50 per annum, plus benefits, training, and a values-driven Christian ethos within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload of service users.
• Awareness of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Ability to document case notes clearly in an online CRM.
• Motivational and empowering approach to enable independence.
• Flexible and therapeutic approach to working with people.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to develop independent living skills.
• Work as part of a 24-hour rota with occasional weekend shifts.
• Maintain and develop service values, culture, and ethos.
• Record and report case notes via CRM.
• Provide person-centred support tailored to needs.
