Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Bury is seeking a Service Coordinator to support people with multiple and complex needs. You will help service users develop the skills needed for independent living through a person-centred package tailored to each individual, with duties on a 24-hour rota across the 37.5 hours per week.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, flexibility and a compassionate, therapeutic approach aligned with our Christian ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload of service users.
• Awareness of issues affecting vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to help others set goals and achieve outcomes.
• Experience recording notes via an online CRM.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and reporting.
• Flexible, resilient, therapeutic approach.
• Ability to support daily living activities for independence.
• Motivate service users to gain control and opportunities.
• Commitment to our Christian ethos.

Responsibilities
