Adullam Homes Housing Association in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide housing management support for people with multiple and complex needs who have lost their home or rough slept. You will assess eligibility, complete safety checks, and help residents budget and gain independence.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with shifts 8am–10pm on weekdays and weekends. A values-driven, supportive ethos accompanies opportunities for training and career growth.

Formación

• Awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals.
• Experience overcoming barriers to housing for those excluded from the housing register.
• Organised multitasker with ability to follow policy and processes.
• Practical skills to support daily living activities for independence.
• Experience recording tenancy notes via CRM on online and mobile devices.
• Experience managing rent accounts and arrears processes.
• Experience in health & safety and maintaining premises standards.
• Experience safeguarding and reporting concerns.
• Willingness to work within our Christian ethos.

Responsabilidades

• Assess people against criteria for the scheme.
• Ensure home standard via safety tasks and inspections.
• Help service users develop budgeting and financial inclusion skills.
• Support within 37.5 hour week with 7.5 hour shifts including some weekends.
