Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide housing management support for people with complex needs who are homeless or rough sleeping in Stoke. You will assess eligibility, conduct safety checks, and help users gain independent living skills through budgeting and financial inclusion work.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a shift pattern 8am–10pm, some weekend work, and a salary of £27,085.50 plus generous benefits.

Competenze

• Experience with housing support for vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to overcome barriers to housing for those excluded from the housing register.
• Organised multitasker who follows policy and processes.
• Practical skills to support service users in activities of daily living for independence.
• Experience recording tenancy notes via online CRM on PC and tablet.
• Experience managing rent accounts and arrears processes.
• Knowledge of health & safety and maintaining premises.
• Experience safeguarding policies and reporting concerns.
• Willingness to work within a Christian ethos.
