Adullam Homes Housing Association in Bury is seeking a Service Coordinator to support individuals with complex needs, helping them build skills for independent living through person-centred plans. The role involves a 37.5-hour week on a rota for a 24-hour service, with some evenings and weekend coverage.

You will manage caseloads, uphold safeguarding practices, record case notes in CRM, and motivate service users toward greater autonomy within a Christian ethos.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of managing a caseload of service users.
• An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and those that have faced multiple disadvantages.
• Experience in helping others understand their goals and helping them to achieve an outcome.
• Skills in recording and reporting case notes via an online Customer Relationship Management system.
• Experience of working within safeguarding policies and procedures and of identifying, monitoring, and reporting safeguarding concerns.
• A flexible, resilient, thoughtful, therapeutic approach to working with people.
• Practical skills to support service users in activities of daily living required for independence.
• An ability to motivate and empower service users to have greater control and choice over their life and opportunities.
• An ability to demonstrate our values and behaviours and work within our Christian ethos.
