Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Bury. The role focuses on delivering person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, helping them build resilience and move toward independent living and secure accommodation.

You will contribute to the Association’s values and ethos, participate in safeguarding, and work within the ABEN service. We offer training, career development, generous annual leave and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person centred support package tailored to each individual.
• Support should help service users develop skills to build resilience for independent living and move into permanent housing.
• Contribute to maintaining and developing the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
