Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide housing management support for vulnerable individuals. You will assess applicants, ensure safe homes, and assist service users with budgeting and budgeting inclusion to promote independence.

The role is full-time (37.5h/w) with some weekend work, salary £27,085.50 with a range of generous benefits and a Christian ethos in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals.
• Experience overcoming barriers to housing for those who may be excluded from the housing register.
• Organised and multitasking with ability to follow policy and processes.
• Practical skills to support daily living activities for independence.
• Experience recording tenancy notes via an online CRM system (tablet/mobile).
• Experience managing rent accounts and arrears processes.
• Experience with health and safety and maintaining premises standards.
• Experience safeguarding policies and reporting concerns.
• Ability to demonstrate Christian ethos in the workplace.
• Lived experience welcomed as valuable insight.

Responsibilities

• Assess applicants against scheme criteria.
• Ensure home safety and conduct inspections after move-in.
• Support budgeting and financial inclusion for service users.
• Maintain premises standards and contribute to service ethos.
• Record tenancy notes and communicate via CRM.
• Manage rent accounts and arrears processes.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and report concerns.
