Job summary

Sanctuary is recruiting a Housing Support Assistant for Phoenix House, Basildon. You will oversee day-to-day running of the supported housing service, assist with tenancy and void management, support safeguarding, build relationships with residents and stakeholders, and manage supplies and records.

Your role

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the supported housing service to deliver an effective housing management service
• Assist with tenancy and void management to maintain occupancy levels

Your skills

• Experience delivering tenancy services
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Experience using housing management systems is desirable
• Full valid driving licence and ability to travel between schemes is an essential part of the role
