Sanctuary Group is seeking a Housing and Contracts Manager to oversee contracts across London, West Midlands and the South/Southwest England. Based in West London, you will manage agent-managed housing schemes and ensure compliance, performance and high-quality service delivery.
You will collaborate with agents, monitor performance, and drive improvements while supporting residents and stakeholders. Extensive travel and a valid driving licence are essential for this role.

£38,493 to £40,521 per year
