Job summary

Onward Repairs in Accrington is seeking a Housing Repairs Co-ordinator for a full-time, permanent role. You will schedule maintenance, liaise with tenants and contractors, and track repair progress using Asset Management systems.

A strong emphasis on customer service, organisation and prioritisation is essential, with hybrid working pattern. The role is office-based in Accrington four days a week with one day at home, transitioning to full-time in-office by January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering customer service to residents.
• Experience of partnership working with colleagues and external partners.
• Experience of working as part of a team and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and administration across Asset Management systems.
• Raise works orders and update project details.
• Monitor progress of repairs and ensure contractor payments are processed.
• Extract standard and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Provide admin support to the repairs team and manage meeting logistics.
• Ensure contracts and budgets checks on awarded work orders.
