Job summary

Onward Homes is seeking a Housing Repairs Coordinator for a 6 months fixed-term role based in Accrington. You will support the Housing Repairs Team with data entry, contract administration and project administration.

The role is four days per week in the office with Tuesday home-working, moving to full office-based work by Jan 2027. We offer a competitive package and a strong pension and benefits scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service within a housing or public sector role.
• Experience working in partnership with teams and external parties.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow set policies and processes.
• Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Office to an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into asset management systems and maintain data quality.
• Prepare, issue and administer electronic contract setup and documents.
• Raise works orders and update project details in systems.
• Monitor progress on projects and repairs and ensure contractor payments are made.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Provide advanced user support for asset management systems.
• Administer pre/post inspection processes for repairs regionally.
• Provide general admin support to the repairs team, including meeting minutes.
