Responsibilities:

1. Conduct needs and risk assessments to determine readiness for move-on housing.
2. Manage admissions, transfers, license/support agreements, key handovers, and occupant inductions.
3. Handle room cleaning and maintenance requests.
4. Ensure Housing Benefit claims are submitted for rent coverage.
5. Assist occupants with rent payments.
6. Ensure all occupants have active Housing Applications with the relevant authority.
7. Support occupants in maintaining education, employment, or training, and refer to external services as needed.
8. Conduct regular property checks, implement cleaning rotas, and facilitate house meetings.
9. Ensure adherence to Licence/Support agreements and house rules, addressing any anti-social behaviour or breaches.
10. Collaborate with third-party support to sustain accommodation and prevent evictions.
11. Provide ongoing resettlement support for up to a year, transitioning to tenancy support services as needed.
