Responsibilities include:

1. Responding to anti-social behaviour (ASB) complaints
2. Carrying out occupancy checks to ensure properties are used as a main and principal home
3. Investigating alleged fraudulent activity
4. Providing housing support to tenants
5. Assisting with benefit and welfare claims
6. Addressing rent arrears, voids, and re-lettings
7. Conducting regular visits, audits, inspections, and reporting repair/maintenance issues
8. Supporting tenants by signposting to relevant services
9. Liaising with third-party agencies related to housing and tenant support
10. Investigating breaches of tenancy, serving notices, and attending court hearings as required
