Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Housing Officer on a temporary contract in Birmingham. The role focuses on managing tenancies, supporting residents, and day-to-day housing management.

Housing Officer - Temporary Contract

We're currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation in Birmingham. This is a key role focused on managing tenancies, supporting residents and ensuring effective day-to-day housing management.

This position is offering an initial 4-6 month contract to cover sickness absence, with working hours of 24 hours per week over 3 or 4 days, Monday to Thursday. The role is office-based, with travel required to visit tenants.

The Housing Officer will receive:

• £20-£22 per hour
• Part-time hours (24 hours per week)
• Initial 4-6 month contract
