Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a patch of residential tenancies.
• Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections.
• Managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy-related cases.
• Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and housing-related issues.
• Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective housing services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, or Tenancy Officer role.
• Strong knowledge of housing management and tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.

This is a hybrid role offering an immediate start and an initial 6-month contract.
