Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a dedicated housing support assistant to help customers with tenancy management, rent accounts, and housing benefit claims. You will help ensure homes are safe and well maintained and support residents to achieve secure, long-term accommodation.

Based at our local service centre with occasional travel, you will update records, process payments, and record safety checks using technology. A DBS check is required and provided by us.

Qualifications

• Background in property management or compliance/health and safety checks.
• Can-do attitude, proactive and well organised.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Enhanced DBS check required and paid for by us.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in tenancy management and rent accounts.
• Assist customers with housing benefit claims on their rent accounts.
• Turn around vacant rooms/bed spaces/properties within set timescales.
• Record and carry out routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
