Barratt Redrow plc is seeking a design and technical professional to oversee infrastructure and groundworks designs across housing sites. You will coordinate with external consultants and statutory bodies, ensuring compliant and value-driven solutions.

You will lead on pre-purchase appraisals, monitor consultants’ performance, and drive timely discharge of planning conditions and highway/sewer adoptions, contributing to efficient project delivery.

Formación

• Minimum Associate Membership of an Engineering institute and 5 years post qualification experience preferred, or minimum HNC/HND with 5 years post qualification experience.
• Demonstrable track record in residential development and ability to manage consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design of infrastructure and groundworks and manage relationships with external engineering consultants and statutory bodies.
• Prepare pre-purchase appraisals advising on development constraints and abnormal items requiring commercial provisions.
• Manage process of discharge of building regulations and planning conditions in a timely manner.
• Ensure adoptions of highways and sewers align with targets and best practice.
