Qualifications

• Experience with a local authority or registered provider in a similar role.
• Strong background in finance / income related service.
• Customer-focused and solution driven.
• Ability to explain complex matters clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Proactive with drive to improve the team and service.

Responsibilities

• Administer income and expenditure tasks for Housing Revenue Account.
• Create, maintain and process direct debits and BACS for housing accounts.
• Produce reconciliations and reports for housing and corporate systems.
• Place orders in ERP and process invoices and payments.
• Assist team leader with year-end processes.
• Check tenancy dates for voids in relation to Council Tax bills.
