Brook Street is seeking a Housing Estates Officer to support Ministry of Defence properties in Argyll and Bute (Helensburgh). You will visit properties to monitor contractor work, check standards, and complete admin tasks from base.
You will manage occupant monitoring within an allocated portfolio, conduct handovers, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to service delivery while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
Location: Argyll and Bute - Helensburgh
Working pattern: Mon-Fri, fully office based / out on-site attending properties
Working Hours: 37 hours per week. Must work between 10:00am and 4pm (start/end times are flexible as long as 7.5 hours are completed each day)
Pay rate: £15.98 per hour
Assignment length: until 31/03/27, with possible extension
Clearance Required: Basic DBS will be processed by Brook Street
