Job summary

Riverside Group in Doncaster is hiring a Support Assistant to help run a supported housing service. The role focuses on safety, wellbeing, and day-to-day operations, including handling calls with GP, Social Services, and emergency services when needed.

You will log incidents, prepare rooms for new occupants, and assist with tenancy-related tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position based at Garnham House, Doncaster.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people, including lived experience is a plus.
• Basic administrative and IT skills and attention to detail are required to maintain records and in-house systems.

• Assist in day-to-day running of supported housing services.
• Log incidents accurately and prepare rooms for new occupants.
