Riverside is seeking a Support Worker at Newton House, Gloucester, to provide daily support to residents and contribute to safeguarding and tenancy management. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a 3 weeks rolling rota, and a permanent contract.

The position requires working with vulnerable people, delivering structured support, and collaborating to promote independence and well-being for residents. Riverside offers competitive pay, pension, and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Experience delivering structured support and risk management.
• Team player with empathetic, resilient attitude.
• Own lived experience of homelessness or addiction may help.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including lone working.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on co-producing bespoke support and move-on plans.
• Organise and review support and risk plans.
• Engage customers to meet outcomes and develop life skills.
• Assist with tenancy-related matters and day-to-day support.
• Identify opportunities for employment, education and training.
• Record accurate customer information on digital systems.
• Ensure safeguarding and safety procedures are followed.
