This hybrid role allows for 4 days on-site and 1 day of home working, offering a day rate of £350. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor within housing or similar sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of repairs, damp and mould, and disrepair case handling.
• Skilled in producing detailed reports and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 3–4 property inspections daily, including urgent/emergency visits.
• Prepare and issue detailed reports to contractors; follow up on ongoing works.
• Review structural reports, quotations, and produce technical specifications for repairs.
