A housing provider in Oldham seeks a Housing Assistant to deliver integrated neighbourhood management services. As a Housing Assistant at Regenda Homes you will be part of a team responsible for delivering a high quality and integrated neighbourhood management service. This service should help to create sustainable communities with a particular focus on lettings.
You will be providing support with admin duties to deliver integrated service delivery including lettings, anti‑social behaviour, tenancy management and estate management. You will also ensure our housing management systems are kept up to date – this includes recording all of our customer contact via inbound and outbound CRMs.
Regenda Homes is an award‑winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti‑social behaviour. We work in partnership with residents to scrutinise services and make sure we perform to a high standard.
