As a Neighbourhood Housing Assistant, you will provide vital support to managers and colleagues by keeping records accurate, monitoring actions and deadlines, preparing correspondence and reports, and bringing together evidence foraudits, assurance work and performance monitoring. Your contribution will help the service demonstrate compliancewith the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards.
You will manage enquiries and shared mailboxes, coordinate information across teams and ensure urgent or sensitive matters reach the right person promptly.
