Job summary

West Kent Housing Association seeks a friendly Housing Scheme Assistant to support the day-to-day running of Spires extra care scheme in Tenterden, focusing on housing related services rather than personal care.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with older people and excellent communication skills, helping to create a warm, supportive environment for residents. This is a part-time role with a pro rata salary, reflecting 21 hours per week.
