The Inn Collection Group is recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor for its coastal property in North Shields. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards and exceed guest expectations.

You’ll train staff, manage linen and supplies, and report maintenance and safety issues to the General Manager. This role offers opportunities to grow skills within our award-winning hospitality group and to contribute to a welcoming, guest-focused

Sitting in a commanding position overlooking the expansive Longsands Beach, this art deco-style building has been completely renovated. Located in Tynemouth, it offers stunning views of the coastline and easy access to the seafront. The building houses a pub restaurant with 250 internal and 300 external covers, a fish and chip takeaway, and an ice cream and coffee parlour, adding to the vibrant coastal experience.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Housekeeping Supervisor,you’ll be at the heart of the team, deputising in the absence of the HeadHousekeeper while maintaining a friendly, detail-oriented approach. You’ll takepride in your work, remain calm under pressure, exceed guest expectations byresponding effectively to requests.

Your duties will includecleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean andwelcoming, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and following safetyguidelines. You’ll work closely with the team to create memorable visits,manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies, and train new and existingteam members. Providing updates to the General Manager will be part of yourrole, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
