The Kingslodge Inn in Durham is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead a friendly housekeeping team, maintain a spotless and welcoming environment, and respond quickly to guest requests.

You will supervise cleaning of rooms and public areas, report maintenance needs, manage linen and supplies, train new staff, and keep safety standards, with regular updates to the General Manager. If you excel at communication and guest service, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a housekeeping team.

As partof the Housekeeping team, you’ll guide with professionalism, punctuality, and akeen eye for detail. Your duties will include overseeing the cleaning of roomsand public areas, promptly reporting maintenance issues, managing linen andsupplies, and training new and existing staff. You’ll follow safety guidelines,work closely with the team to create memorable visits, and provide regularupdates to the General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
