Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Tynemouth is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise room cleaning, public areas, and linen stock, while supporting guests with a friendly, attentive approach.

Join a busy coastal venue, report to the General Manager, and help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms to high standards and maintain public areas to be welcoming.
• Promptly report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Manage stock of linen, towels and room supplies; ensure availability.
• Train new and existing team members and provide updates to the General Manager.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the team, deputising in the absence of the Head Housekeeper while maintaining a friendly, detail-oriented approach. You’ll take pride in your work, remain calm under pressure, exceed guest expectations by responding effectively to requests.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and following safety guidelines. You’ll work closely with the team to create memorable visits, manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies, and train new and existing team members. Providing updates to the General Manager will be part of your role, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
