The Inn Collection Group is recruiting a Housekeeper to join our team at a location overlooking the coast. You will clean guest rooms to a high standard, ensure public areas are spotless, and respond promptly to maintenance needs to keep the guest experience exceptional.

We value friendly, detail-oriented staff who can stay calm under pressure and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment. This role is on-site at our North Shields/Tynemouth location with supportive housekeeping

Competenze

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning roles.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.

Sitting in a commanding position overlooking the expansive Longsands Beach, this art deco-style building has been completely renovated. Located in Tynemouth, it offers stunning views of the coastline and easy access to the seafront. The building houses a pub restaurant with 250 internal and 300 external covers, a fish and chip takeaway, and an ice cream and coffee parlour, adding to the vibrant coastal experience.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendlyand detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guestexpectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team,you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient workenvironment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms toour high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptlyreporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to creatememorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, androom supplies effectively.
