Housekeeping Supervisor – Caton House Residential and Nursing Home, 37 Epsom Grove, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK3 5NR

Salary: £13.70 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Housekeeping Assistants, ensuring they follow cleaning schedules and maintain an attractive, clean environment throughout the home
  • Support our residents to live in a clean, safe and pleasant environment that feels like home
Qualifications and Skills
  • Teamwork and the ability to keep residents and the home as a priority
  • Experience in housekeeping is preferred, ideally in a dementia residential setting
  • Training and support will be provided; caring, enthusiastic energy and a flexible approach are essential
  • Good communication skills; strong customer care and respect for residents
  • Knowledge of infection control is advantageous
  • NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Catering and/or Housekeeping or equivalent experience is desirable
