Job summary

Merlin is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor, to lead our housekeeping operation across guest accommodation and public areas. You will drive service excellence, manage a busy rota, and shape a guest-first culture while delivering a consistently outstanding experience.

You'll develop a high-performing team, optimize budgets and stock control, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with resort colleagues to resolve operational challenges

Qualifications

What you\'ll bring to the team

Housekeeping Manager

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We\'re looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operation and ensure exceptional standards across all guest accommodation and public areas. In this key leadership role, you\'ll oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and create a consistently outstanding guest experience.

You\'ll lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture while ensuring colleagues have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. Working closely with teams across the resort, you\'ll help resolve operational challenges, maintain quality standards, and deliver seamless guest experiences.

The role also includes budget management, stock control, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Using guest feedback and operational insight, you\'ll continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a Housekeeping Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience using hotel management systems such as OPERA PMS is advantageous.
• A guest-first mindset with a focus on quality, service, and continuous improvement.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Pay Range

GBP £28,980.00/Yr.
