Job summary

Crimson Hotels is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton London West End. You will ensure efficient housekeeping operations to meet brand standards and deliver an excellent guest experience.

You will allocate tasks, perform room inspections, manage stock and equipment, and uphold security and emergency procedures while maintaining excellent communication with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Housekeeping coordinator role or similar hospitality coordination position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work duties to housekeeping team members.
• Perform routine inspections of rooms and service areas.
• Report and log maintenance defects in rooms and areas assigned.
• Manage stock control and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures.

As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London West End which is a 275-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Housekeeping Coordinator who has an exceptional eye for detail and delivers flawless service to join our team.

What your day will look like?

As a Housekeeping Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations up to hotel brand standards, provide excellent guest experience and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

Your Key Duties Will Include

• Allocate work duties to Team Members.
• Perform routine inspections of rooms, service areas, store rooms and corridors.
• Report and log any maintenance defects found in the rooms and assigned areas.
• Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
• Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures.

What You’ll Bring

As well as having previous experience in a Housekeeping coordinator role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional level of guest service, a charismatic personality with good communication and organisational skills. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. A good command of the English language is essential.
