Coworth Park Hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to care for our luxurious rooms and public spaces, delivering discreet, personalized service that creates memorable stays.

English is the primary language, energy and teamwork are valued, and full training is provided. Prior luxury hotel experience is helpful but not required as we nurture talent and reward dedication.

• Housekeeping experience in luxury hotels preferred but full training provided.
• Strong energy, consistency and ability to deliver personalised service.
• Excellent personal presentation and teamwork.

What you'll do

A day in the life of our Housekeeping Attendants demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the contributions that our Housekeeping Attendants accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

• Our Housekeeping attendants are responsible for caring for our rooms and public areas during their day. This will include touching all areas within housekeeping, you will conduct cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping delivery tasks, as well as exceeding guests’ expectations by providing discreet and personalised service
• Sometimes our guests have special requests for their rooms and most of these requests are fulfilled by our Housekeeping Attendants.
• Our values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. The purpose of Housekeeping Attendants is to live their behaviours to continue to create our legacy.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Housekeeping attendants must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
