Job summary

45 Park Lane Hotel, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking an Evening Room Attendant on a full-time basis. You will perform light and deep cleaning in guest rooms and public areas, including turndown services, while delivering discreet, attentive service to guests in the evening shift.

The role requires prior 5-star hotel experience, strong English communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel/apartments (at least 1 year) as a room attendant performing light and deep cleaning duties in the hotel and public areas, including turndown services
• Verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to work on your own
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and endurance
• Ability to organise your time and workload

Responsibilities

• As an Evening Room Attendant, you\'ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests with seamless service, discretion, intuition, and flexibility during the evening, with eye for detail and hygiene.
• Fulfill special requests involving set-ups, additional supplies, and occasions; these requests are typically handled by Evening Room Attendants.

What you’ll do

As an Evening Room Attendant, you\'ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

Operational hours

The current shifts are:

• Monday to Sunday 12:00–23:00
