You will assess policy cover, gather required documents, appoint trades, and keep customers updated. Candidates with 12 months household or property claims experience and a valid driving licence are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Household, home or property claims experience sought.
• Strong insurance customer service background encouraged.
• Confident on the phone and across claims systems.

Responsibilities
