Job summary

Coworth Park is seeking a House Porter to support the hotel’s housekeeping and guest services. You will delivery supplies across floors, assist with cleaning tasks, and help set up rooms for special guest requests to ensure the best possible experience.

Strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and fluency in English are essential. The role emphasizes inclusivity and career development within the Dorchester Collection family.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in English is required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housekeeping supplies to floors as directed by the floor supervisor and maintain housekeeping stores.
• Assist with spring cleaning duties, including hoovering, dusting, and cleaning edges and walls.
• Organise special room setups for guests’ requirements to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Show flexibility and creativity in handling guests’ requests and challenges throughout the day.
