The Dorchester Collection is seeking a House Porter to support housekeeping operations and guest experiences. You will deliver supplies to floors, assist with cleaning duties, and help create special room setups for high‑level guests, ensuring the best possible experience across our hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housekeeping supplies to floors as directed by floor supervisor.
• Assist with spring cleaning duties including hoovering and dusting.
• Organise special room setups for guest requirements to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Be flexible in handling guests' requests and challenges.
