Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests with a warm welcome and smile.
• Deliver and collect linen, supplies, and amenities throughout the property.
• Maintain and organize cleaning carts and equipment.
• Support housekeeping with room setups and turnovers.
• Ensure all public areas and staff spaces are clean, tidy and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping supervisors’ or management’s requests.
• Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
