A prestigious hotel in London is seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist for a temporary maternity cover position. The ideal candidate will manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, along with a good command of English. The role requires flexibility in working hours and duties, ensuring a smooth guest experience. Experience with Rezlynx (PMS) is a plus but not essential.
Kings Cross. We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist, ideally experienced with the role using Rezlynx (PMS system) – although not a must to be considered for the position.
The receptionist will work on-site 5 days a week, managing check‑in & check‑out, reservations via calls and emails, and assisting guests promptly.
The ideal candidate will have a to‑do attitude and will be a hospitality professional, passionate about customer service and the guest journey. The role reports directly to the Front of House Manager and requires someone with superb organisation and communication skills.
This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave, with an expected start date in the first or second week of December.
