Premier Inn Aberystwyth is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

You will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily hotel operations including the bar and kitchen, and collaborate to continuously enhance guest satisfaction while upholding safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
• Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests’ experience, taking on feedback to push for even more
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards
