Job summary

Premier Inn in Witney is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction at the UK’s leading hotel brand. You’ll be responsible for the safety of everyone on site, manage and develop your team, and uphold the brand’s high standards while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment.
Strong leadership and customer service passion.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure service and brand standards.
Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one.
Understand the bigger picture and drive improvement while spotting opportunities.
Ensure health and safety standards throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations.
