Premier Inn in Aberystwyth is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to work alongside the Hotel Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.

You’ll lead teams, uphold brand standards, manage daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen activities, and drive continuous improvement based on guest feedback.

• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards.
