Premier Inn in Hereford is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the hotel during shifts, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll guide the team, resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly on a busy site.

This permanent role offers guaranteed hours, full training, and a clear path toward Hotel Manager, with evenings and weekends included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy customer-facing environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver pre-shift briefings.
• Coach team members and support colleagues throughout the day.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams as needed.
• Identify and fix issues early to keep guests safe and services running.
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
