Responsibilities

• Set guest satisfaction targets and drive improvements.
• Lead hotel operations to meet Gold Green Tourism accreditation.
• Be an expert in hitting KPIs and delivering results.
• Coach and develop the management team for career progression.
• Regularly inspect facilities to ensure health & safety and brand standards.
• Build relationships with local community and business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR to host engaging activities for the team.
• Lead company-wide projects to evolve the Leonardo Hotels brand.
